Laundry Lists on the Left

By Dondis, Roger at Aug 26, 2010 18:07 PM

I really enjoyed this talk, most of all because after the analysis of the situation there is a very clear plan as to what we can do about it in an organized way. I also feel Phyllis' frustration with the "laundry list of demands" issue, which the hosts seems to have completely and utterly missed.

In just about every evenmt of the left I've attended there always is an element of "my issue should come first, which ends up dividing the left. The host seems to keep wanting to create an issue where there isnt one, implying the Union leadership doesnt care about the war... or "if they dont care about the war then this and that..." Benis kept saying that this was not the case and the host kept on with his argument "well, okay, but IF it was the case..." and so on.

We really need to get over this bickering.
