Lessons From the Seattle Solidarity Network

The Seattle Solidarity Network (or SeaSol for short) is an all volunteer network of working people who have come together to fight bosses and landlords who have abused us. Using Direct Action to confront them, we use pickets, boycotts, and all manner of public protest to force our targets to return stolen deposits, unpaid wages, and dignity to our lives. Once again, President Obama’s administration is standing in the way of pro-working class, civil rights legislation. In response, the Democratic Party’s base is dropping out from under them.
