The following are my answers to a list of questions presented to me for a radio interview that, for whatever reason, never happened. When learning of how William Penn University was to award Paul Kagame, Rwanda's genocidal dictator, with an honorary doctorate in celebration of his alleged "contributions to the humanities and human welfare" I contacted the school's President, various Vice Presidents, as well as other members of the school's faculty, and the heads of all the student organizations I could find.
