Question

Mr. Johnson,

I find this video fascinating, but I have one question.  You stated that on October 2002, our congress overwhelmingly gave the president the right to go to war and even use nuclear weapons.  Was this a "one-time deal" thing, or does the president still maintain this power.  I\'ve tried searching for information on this, and it seems as though--although I agree that it\'s crazy even once--this was a one time deal, specific to Iraq.  Are you referring to public law 107-243, known as the joint resolution to authorise the use of United States armed forces against Iraq.

Just a note, Johnson\'s reference to the School of the Americas Watch can be found at http://www.soaw.org and not soaw.com as Johnson says.
