Global Inequality Worse than previously believed

In recent years some apologists for neoliberalism have tried to claim that globalization has not resulted in increasing global inequality contrary to the claims of many of globalization`s critics.
Now neoliberals have to contend with the December 2007 paper from Branko Milanovic arguing that based on improved data and methodology it is now found that global inequality is much more worse than previously believed. Milanovic even makes an admission that the harsh criticisms of the previous World Bank methodology for assessing global inequality advanced by Thomas W. Pogge and Sanjay Redde were on the mark.
