From a my perspecive, Carols graphic artwork accurately displays the reaction of what an Owner(s) look like when it\'s time to make the increase in a hourly wage at the appropriate time of the year aggreed upon in the Labour Aggreement. It\'s alook though that I really don\'t understand because,"without labour there is no Capital"! Owners should be extremely grateful for our work(labour) and yet they "gringe" at wage or benefit payment. Well done Carol!
