John McCain and Barack Obama differ widely on many issues, but in addressing foreign policy concerns there is surprising overlap.

On October 6 the Institute for Policy Studies held a discussion that probed key issues in foreign policy addressed by the presidential candidates. John Feffer, co-director of FPIF, moderated the expert panel, which included
