Kargalitsky makes many assertions with no back-up; they are simply  opinions, antagonistic to Putin of course. He states that all the other candidates are phony candidates, and that real candidate could not get on the ballot. He also guesses that Putin probably only got 49% of the vote. Where does that come from? We needs some proof, not his opinions. He shows himself to be far less than an objective observer. One ought to be able to do better.
