Criticism of past SDS
Accountability – if people don't do things, what happens? How do we deal with these issues? This will be discussed during the winter break, look at consensus decision making and ask other chapters.
Conflict resolution – we need to have a method in practice before conflicts arrise. This will also be covered in the winter break; the proper use of consensus.
Leadership - We also don't necessarily have to avoid leadership. Leadership body does not equal decision making body. We just need very clearly defined responsibilities and people who are expected to meet those duties.
Stretegy - We rushed headlong into a lot of things, not thinking things through. Don't do too much at once. Always be in recruiting phase. Solidarity with other groups. Lets have a long-term strategy and research our objectives before acting.
Issues to possibly focus on – accessibility to education, campus police, textbooks & tuition

Schedule will be sometime between January 3-14. AL will come up with different schedules and we will vote on one next meeting.
Try to make it more structured, get a clear idea of what we are doing and future plans. It will be organized by us, but hopefully others will want to join from our activities throughout the semester. Make this semester a trail period/recruitment period, then focus on chapter building over break. Anything that we don't get done/want more time to discuss we can do throughout the semester. Always be discussing and reading (reading group?).
Next meeting – Saturday 30th at 3:00 PM
