U.S. Policy Toward Latin America
Mark Weisbrot spoke on a panel with Greg Craig, a foreign policy advisor to Senator Barack Obama; Nora Lustig, a visiting Professor at the Elliott School of International Affairs; and, Mark Schneider, who is Senior Vice President and Special Advisor on Latin America at the International Crisis Group. The discussion was hosted by the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University and it centered on the possible directions U.S. policy toward Latin America might take after the Bush Administration.
