ANARCHY FEST - The fourth annual Victoria Festival of Anarchy & Bookfair is planned for September 5-12, with the Bookfair on the last two days; features workshops, presentations, music and more.

FAIR TRADE - The Fair Trade Futures Conference is scheduled for September 10-12 in Boston, with seminars aimed towards promoting an alternative and more just economy.

BOOKFAIR - The Twin Cities Anarchist Bookfair is scheduled for September 10-12 in south Minneapolis, with skillshares, crafts, food, music, and of course authors, publishers and books.

DEMOCRACY SCHOOL - The Community Environmental Legal Defense Fund is hosting a democracy School in Seattle September 17-18, to teach organizing for environmental justice and sustainable communities.

PEACE DAY - September 21 is the UN's International Day of Peace, with this year's theme Youth, Peace and Development.

MOBILIZATION - Appalachia Rising events against mountaintop removal mining are scheduled for September 25-27 in Washington, DC. A weekend conference, Appalachia Rising, Voices from the Mountains, is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday. On Monday, the Appalachia Rising Day of Action will feature a march and rally.

JOBS - A mass mobilization and march for jobs, One Nation Working Together, is scheduled for Saturday, October 2 in Washington, DC. The event is supported by local peace and economic justice groups around the country, who are organizing rides there.

SPACE FOR PEACE - The annual International Week of Protest to Stop the Militarization of Space is scheduled for October 2-9; resources to help plan educational events or demonstrations are available online and by request.
