I've been voting in every presidential election since the late 50s and have fianlly voted for a winning candidate. I think things will improve, but I don't have many illusions. 

I am a moderately political person, gradually having gotten more informed over time.  I am a quilter. And I just read an article about political quilts.  One can say a lot in fabric.

At any rate, I do more reading and listening  than writing or speaking. And a lot of that reading has been Z Magazine. And the listening includes Democracy Now! 

Well that was written before disillusionment. But perhaps there is new hope in the Occupy movement.
