Conor Cradden is a specialist in research and policy development in the fields of industrial relations and management. His particular areas of expertise are workplace democracy, partnership forms of industrial relations and corporate social responsibility (CSR). Cradden’s book on the relationship between CSR and economic democracy, entitled Repoliticizing Management: A Theory of Corporate Legitimacy, was published by the UK academic press Ashgate in 2005. His PhD thesis focused on theoretical approaches to industrial relations and the employment relationship. Cradden is a currently a partner in Public World, a London based nonÂprofit research and consultancy organisation, where he works on labour and employment related projects. His clients include the UK and New Zealand governments and several global union federations. He is also an adjunct professor at Webster University, Geneva, where teaches a postgraduate course in LabourÂManagement Relations. less
