I\'m an architect living, teaching and working in LA. I spent 4 years in Matagalpa, Nicaragua, working first for the Sandinista government then, after 1990, for an NGO comprised mostly of ex-MINVAH workers. Having attended MIT in the 80\'s, I had the good fortune to take Chomsky\'s Issues in Politics and Ideology class, as well as to be involved in the first few issues of the Thistle student paper. less
