This group is for discussion of a work in progress - tentatively titled Fanfare for the Future.

Every so often another chapter will appear in the blog system - which means a link to it will also appera in the content box, just to the right, labelled "The Book Drafts..." and at any time, any part of the book can be commented on, in hopes of making it better. 

The author, Michael Albert, will of course read and consider all posts, replying to most, and implementing changes, as well, in light of most.

Directly above will always be links for displaying, via an overlay you will see if you try it, the most recent version of the chapters of the book that are available - once they are reasonably far along in editing - though certainly not settled.

This is obviously a quite unusual way to write a book - hopefully it will yield a useful experience for all involved, as well as a better final book!
