Katherine Gibson is Professor of Human Geography at the Centre for Citizenship and public Policy at the University of Western Sydney. Under the pen-name J.K. Gibson-Graham she is co-author with Julie Graham of _The End of Capitalism (as We Knew It): A Feminist Critique of Political Economy_ (Blackwell, 1996, University of Minnesota Press, 2006) and _A Postcapitalist Capitalist Politics_ (University of Minnesota Press, 2006).
