Hello.

I teach political economy at the Evergreen State College and have been active in diverse social movements since the late 1960's. I continue to believe in and work for an economic system based on human dignity for all, where poverty and exploitation are abolished, and where work is meaningful and fulfilling. I believe another system is possible that is sustainable and where cooperation, self-management and solidarity are fostered; i.e., a participatory socialist alternative to capitalism.

I have lived in Olympia, Washington since 1987 and am active in anti-war andother movemebts inlcuidng the group, Olympia Movement for Justice and Peace, OMJP.
