  • Alan Greenspan "Human Nature"

Alan Greenspan – purveyor of pathetic capitalist propaganda

This is why people should be very wary when discussing "human nature", especially with an economist:

"Speaking a year after the collapse of US investment bank Lehman Brothers, which was followed by a worldwide financial crisis and global recession, Mr Greenspan described the behaviour as "human nature".

It's human nature, unless somebody can find a way to change human nature, we will have more crises and none of them will look like this because no two crises have anything in common, except human nature.""*

Alan Greenspan is the former chairman of the Federal Reserve. I find it disgusting he refers to capitalist elitist greed, pushing 10's of millions into poverty and a total disregard for the environment as "human nature". I assume he refers to this in an attempt to divert a growing number of serious questions regarding the validity of this despicable system which allows, in fact promotes, such corporatist greed. Maybe Mr Greenspan is unaware he shares his passion for corporatism with another infamous "leader":

“Fascism should more appropriately be called Corporatism because it is a merger of state and corporate power”

    Benito Mussolini

If he justifies this mass destruction of people’s livelihoods as "human nature", then surely any greed and even murder can be justified in this way. We have places for people like you Alan, the same place we put fraudsters, robbers and serial killers –jail, followed by extensive psychiatric treatment. Trust me Alan, the only people who have zero understanding of human nature are economists like yourself. Finally I quote
Sir Josiah Stamp, former director of the Bank of England:
