Panelists discuss various, "cracks" in support for U.S. Empire-building, resulting from years of waging war in Iraq and Afghanistan; from attempts to "colonize" Africa through so-called humanitarian efforts--particularly in Dafur--and from failed neo-economic policies resulting in growing public perceptions and challenges to the class war being waged by elites.
